The very best fundraising!

Out of the blue, I received a note from an old friend and colleague the other day to say that his 4 children had chosen the Malawi Schools Project as their chosen Christmas charity this year, and had raised £400 for the children in Mpasa from selling items they had made (including cakes, and chopping boards made by Sam from reclaimed oak doors) at their school fair. I was, and am, bowled over. On behalf of the children in Mpasa, thank you so very much Sasha, Maia, Sam and Ted. The money you have raised will pay school fees for over 70 children this coming term.

The fund raising goes on......

Another fundraising event - this time a stall at Clapham Village Christmas Fayre. Not as professional as the stall that Catherine and Pam organised at the Amberley summer tea party I'm afraid, and I've run out of some of the nice craft items, but I did my best! and sold £150 worth of goods.  It all helps!
