The Grand Wine Draw and Summer Craft Tea Party

The results of the wine draw and the party appear on the front page blog (have a look at "older posts" for some pictures). Since then, we have sold Malawi products at a Christmas fayre in Sussex, and young London friends have made the MSP their Christmas charity of choice in raising funds at their school Christmas fete. There are details and photos of those on the blog too.

Planned for 2017

  • A GRAND WINE DRAW: 6 PRIZES each of 6 bottles of personally selected fine wines, with drinking tips and recommendations. The collection includes some champagnes, a celebrated Moldovan red designed to celebrate 25 years of cooperation between Moldova and the USA, and a number of wines which retail in excess of £25. Tickets, at just £5, available from themalawischoolsproject@gmail.com. Draw to take place on 13th August 2017.
  • A SUMMER CRAFT TEA PARTY -  2-5 pm SUNDAY 13th August, AMBERLEY, West Sussex. Teas, cakes and scones; cake stall, Malawi art and crafts, pieces by local artists, quilting materials, books, second hand designer clothes, children's activities and more. Do come along! All proceeds to the MSP.
  • ILLUSTRATED TALKS A slide presentation on Mpasa, showing life in a remote Malawi village and detailing some of the work MSP has been doing there. Audiences have been generous in donating funds to support MSP's work. If you know of a group who would welcome a presentation, or would like to arrange one yourself, please get in touch and let us know.
